FITNESS ASSESSMENTS
FitnessAge: FitnessAge is a revolutionary program to assess an individual’s fitness level. It is a tool that translates results from a fitness evaluation into a chronological age. FitnessAge evaluates the following baselines: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, & Cardiovascular Efficiency. Each member is entitled to a free FitnessAge assessment when they join the health club. Non-members may perform FitnessAge Assessments at the rate of $50 per Assessment. Participants should be 18 years or older.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
The Grand’s group fitness classes provide non-stop activity to improve cardiovascular efficiency and the development of lean muscle – all in a fun, high-energy atmosphere. For you safety, nationally certified instructors teach each class.

PILATES
Pilates – the workout that transforms the way your body looks, feels, and performs. The Grand offers both Pilates Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as private and semi-private instruction. Pilates helps build strength without adding bulk. It heightens body awareness and coordination, promotes flexibility, and teaches good posture and graceful movements.
